1. Booking payment

• Bookings must be made in advance through our official communication channels.
• Our Standard rental hours for full day are 12hours and Airport transfer maximum of 2hr
• Hours spent after your 12-hour booking period, you will be charged per hour used. Overtime charges varies depending on the type of vehicle booked.
• Our general pricing applies within central city areas. Outskirts locations attract extra charges, they include but not limited to Sangotedo, Badagry, Festac Town, Alaba, Ikorodu Axis, Agbara, Epe, Free Trade Zone, Igando, Akowonjo, Dopemu, Ajah, Agbado, Ojodu-beger, Ajegunle, Ibese, Iyana Ipaja, Alimoso, Ibeju Lekki, Egbeda,Abule, egba, Mile 12.
• Every late night bookings ends 6am the following morning.
• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. All charges are inclusive of driver fees, fuel, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money, or any method we make available.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund of the booking price.
• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a 30% refund of the booking price.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time or no shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
